Thomas focuses on investments in the compliance, regulatory, and FinTech sector. During his tenure at Hg, he has contributed to more than 10 platform investments and currently serves on the boards of CUBE, Bright, and Pirum. Based in London, Thomas played a key role in establishing Hg's New York office in early 2019.

Experience

His previous experience includes positions at Advent International and McKinsey in New York. Thomas holds a Master of Finance from MIT, is originally from Germany, and enjoys cycling when his family commitments permit.
