30 days paid annual leave

Six months paid parental leave

Available to all employees, regardless of gender or seniority, you are eligible to have 6 months fully paid parental leave – we want you to cherish those precious first few months.

Hybrid working

We encourage you to find the right balance that works for you and your team.

Remote working

Whether it’s extending your stay whilst on leave; or wanting to avoid the rainy days, we allow you to work from anywhere for up to 30 days per year.
