Zoe Zhao

Zoe has over a decade of experience in software investing, strategy and portfolio management. In 2018, Zoe joined Hg as one of the first members of the Saturn team, focusing on large-cap software investments in ERP and niche vertical software, and later moved to San Francisco to open Hg’s west coast office. Prior to Hg, Zoe worked at Bain & Company in Europe and Asia.

Zoe is now an exclusive Industry Advisor to Hg, and the co-founder and co-CEO of Azlin Software, a pioneering investment company that buys, holds, and grows vertically-specialized B2B software for the long term.

Zoe studied electrical engineering at Tsinghua and Stanford University, and holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys adventures in the mountains and sea.
