Theo is a member of the Projects Team within the broader Hg Portfolio Team.
Theo works closely with management teams and boards to lead value creation programmes (for example, 100 day plans, SaaS transformations, post-merger integrations) and standalone strategic and operational projects.
Theo has worked with portfolio companies across Hg’s funds that are transforming how people work, including Waystone, Bright and Nomadia.
Experience
Prior to joining Hg in 2023, Theo worked on topics at the intersection between technology and people, with 11 years strategy consulting at BCG and 3 years as the regional leader at a work/HR tech software company.
