Stephen Bough

Stephen is Deputy Chairman of Hg having formerly been CFO/COO . Stephen chairs both the firm’s Valuation and Audit & Risk Committees.

Stephen joined Hg in 1998, having qualified as an accountant while at Prudential Assurance Company where he spent ten years. During that time he held various financial and management accounting roles within Prudential’s general and life insurance divisions, the group’s tax department and the fund accounting business. Stephen is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants.
