Solene Basmadjiev

Solene is part of the Portfolio Talent Team.

Solene is originally from France but has an international background, having lived in various countries such as the USA, Belgium, Germany and the UK. She speaks both French and German.

She holds a Bachelor of European Politics from Kings College London a Master in Management and Finance from Imperial College London.

Before joining the Hg Portfolio Talent Team, she worked at Blackwood Group in the Private Equity team, partnering with all types of funds to recruit for their Investment Teams. She was involved in all aspects of the process, from research to candidate management and assessment.
