SK Ra

SK is a member of Hg’s Mercury team.

Prior to joining Hg in 2022, he was a member of the Technology M&A group at Evercore in New York, where he advised corporate and private equity clients on M&A transactions and other complex situations.

SK received a B.S. in Finance and Statistics from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. SK also serves on the board of directors of KAFSC (Korean American Family Service Center), a non-profit that addresses domestic violence and sexual assault. He is a native Korean speaker.
