Polly is Director of Strategic Projects at Hg. In her role Polly works closely with the firm's senior leadership on the operational delivery of a number of firmwide strategic initiatives. She also leads the operations of Hg Catalyst.
Experience
Polly has been at Hg since 2020, and has broad experience across firmwide programmes, leadership team support, and cross-functional operations. She joined Hg from a start-up craft beer brand where, as General Manager, she oversaw all operational functions within the business.
Polly holds a degree in Combined Languages from the University of Hull.
