Natasha Parekh

Natasha is a Senior Talent Advisor within the Portfolio Talent Team at Hg, responsible for leading and expanding C-suite talent efforts for Hg’s portfolio companies across North America.

Prior to Hg, Natasha spent six years at Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading executive search firm. While at RRA, she specialized in recruiting and onboarding C-suite executives for PE-backed healthcare and software businesses. Previously, before specializing in talent, Natasha worked in strategy consulting, helping companies with their growth and cost strategies.

Natasha has her Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from Duke University and is based in New York.
