Mollie Leane

Mollie joined Hg in 2016 and is a People Business Partner, her responsibilities include resourcing, employee relations and learning and development.

Prior to joining Hg, Mollie worked for the management consultancy Korn Ferry, she holds a BSc in Psychology, an MA in Human Resources Management and is an Associate member of the CIPD.
