Mim Schroder

Mim is Chief of Staff to the Head of Portfolio at Hg. Mim plays a key role in delivering streamlined and best-practice governance to drive the efficient and effective running of the Portfolio capability.

Prior to joining Hg, Mim worked in a number of Chief of Staff and Business Manager roles at Barclays Bank, Lloyds Bank and KPMG where she provided strategic and operational support on key priorities to a number of the Banks / firms’ senior leaders.

Mim is a British and Australian national and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Queensland.
