Max Alfano

Max is a Portfolio Talent Advisor at Hg, focused on ensuring outstanding talent continues to be hired and supported in our portfolio companies at the C-suite, Chair and Non-exec level. As a team we focus on four pillars in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development and Organisational Design / Structure.

Max has seven years executive search experience placing executives into leadership roles. Within his most recent position he focused on advisory and consultancy regarding talent / people, in acquisitions, strategy and advisory (D&I, Mental Health and Wellbeing, unconscious-bias).

Max holds a BA in History from the University of Portsmouth.
