About me

Maddie is a member of the Portfolio Team where she works alongside Hg's portfolio companies on value-creation initiatives, with a focus on proposition development and pricing strategy.

Prior to joining Hg, Maddie spent 3.5 years at Teneo advising clients across a range of industries and project types including pricing, go-to-market, revenue model design, and due diligence. She also spent 1.5 years at a digital marketing start-up as an Account Director, assisting clients with the planning and execution of their online paid media strategies.

Maddie holds a BA in Experimental Psychology from the University of Oxford, Worcester College.
