Lisa Michielsens

Lisa is a member of the Mercury team, focusing on Legal & Regulatory and HCIT. She worked on Hg’s investments in Litera and TeamSystem and is involved with Lyniate.

She joined Hg in 2019 from Goldman Sachs’ TMT-Industrials investment banking team, where she advised clients on mergers & acquisitions and debt and equity financings.

Lisa holds an MSc in Finance from Vlerick and an MSc in Business Engineering from the KU Leuven. She is from Belgium and is fluent in English and Dutch.
