Leanne Ryan

Leanne is the Head of Research Execution for Hg’s Portfolio Talent Team where she is focused on driving best practice and managing the research execution function. Additionally, Leanne is responsible for delivering C-level talent searches across our portfolio, in both Europe and North America.  

Prior to joining Hg, Leanne spent five years at Heidrick & Struggles, a global executive search firm, where she was part of the global Private Equity practice. She has previously worked at boutique recruitment firms focused on technology and management consulting.

Leanne holds a BA in Criminology from the University of Manchester.
