Lea Saunders

Léa is an ESG Analyst in the Portfolio team. She supports Hg’s portfolio companies to assess and improve their ESG performance through diagnostics and value-creation projects. Léa is also involved in reporting to Hg’s clients and beyond.

Léa came to Hg from her role as Sustainability Consultant at Anthesis UK, where she provided technical support to clients across the FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Chemical industries with a focus on data analytics and modelling.

Léa has a MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Bristol. She is bilingual in French and English and has British, French, and Swiss nationality.
