Kasia Joniec

Kasia leads the engagement team at Hg; she is responsible for Hg internal comms and engagement, and also for the engagements with our portfolio of businesses. This includes a suite of events for portfolio executives throughout the year, and Hg’s online collaboration platform, Hive.

Kasia joined Hg in 2019. Prior to Hg she worked at Capita Plc, during which time she ran Group-wide programmes in the areas of client satisfaction, employee engagement, acquisition integration and KPI reporting. During her tenure at Capita she was Chief of Staff to Capita’s Chief Operating Officer and most latterly, Head of People on one of Capita’s largest contracts, where she developed the people strategy and lead teams to drive transformation in people, culture. L&D, and internal communications.
