Irina Vartic

Prior to joining Hg in 2018, Irina worked for more than three years in the UBS EMEA TMT Investment Banking team where she advised clients on M&A, debt and equity transactions.

Irina holds an MSc in Finance from University of Paris Dauphine and Sorbonne, and speaks fluently English, French, Russian and Romanian.
