Henry Sallembien

Henry is based in our New York office and focuses on software and services investments in North America. He worked on the firm’s investments in Gen II Fund Services, Prophix, and GTreasury. 

He joined Hg in 2019 from the direct private equity team at CDPQ, where he worked on upper mid-market and large cap transactions in technology, healthcare, and business services. Prior to this, Henry worked at Fisher Lynch Capital, where he focused on direct equity co-investments. He started his career at Outcome Capital, a boutique M&A firm specialized in technology and healthcare.

Henry holds a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, and is fluent in French.
