Hannah Bailey

Hannah sits in our Talent team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where her role involves working with the business to find top talent and bringing this talent into Hg across our Exec and Operational teams.

After graduating from the University of Nottingham in 2015 Hannah began her career in recruitment, specialising in recruiting finance professionals into the investment management industry. She then moved into internal recruitment and spent the 3.5 years prior to Hg working at a management consultancy driving the growth of their FS practice.
