Greg focuses on software in the Legal & Compliance verticals. He is involved in Hg’s investments in Litera and Mitratech, where he works closely with management on strategic and M&A initiatives.
Experience
Greg joined Hg in 2016 from OC&C Strategy Consultants where he worked on private equity transactions and strategy projects in the TMT team. Prior to this he was an early team member at SportPursuit, an e-commerce startup backed by DFJ Esprit. He holds a MMath in Mathematics from Brasenose College, Oxford University.
