Constantin Pracht

Constantin joined Hg’s Munich office in 2022 and is a member of the Mercury Team. Since then, he has worked closely with the founders and management teams of Diamant, JTL, F24, Athletic Sport Sponsoring, and MeinAuto.

Prior to Hg, Constantin worked in the Private Equity Group of Bain & Company advising clients on due diligence and value creation plans with a focus on software and tech-enabled services businesses. Constantin is German and holds a M.Sc. in Financial Analysis from London Business School and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and studied at Universitat Politècnica De Catalunya in Barcelona as well.
