Christian Ni

Christian is a member of Hg’s Saturn team, focusing on large cap software and services investments in North America. He is also a founding member of Hg’s San Francisco office.

Christian joined Hg in 2022 from FFL Partners, a middle-market private equity firm based in San Francisco. He started his career at J.P. Morgan in their technology investment banking group, where he advised technology clients on a variety of M&A and capital markets transactions.

Christian holds a B.S. in Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
