Chris Kindt

Chris is Hg’s Head of Portfolio Value Creation, leading our in-house group dedicated to working directly with management to help shape and support their ambitions in creating value.

The team provides experts, Hg’s proprietary operational IP, and project execution support to drive impact across the most critical business levers: Growth & Pricing, Data & AI, Technology, Cyber, Product Strategy, Talent Search and everything in between.

Chris has over 15 years of experience architecting and driving value creation.  Prior to joining Hg in 2014, Chris was part of Boston Consulting Group’s Technology and Digital practices, working with FTSE100 institutions as well as high-growth private-equity backed businesses. Chris started his career in macroeconomic modelling.

Chris is a British and German national and holds an honours degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.
