Catherine Matthews

Catherine Matthews is Head of Performance and Reward, and looks after performance management, employee and Partner compensation, and carried interest across the firm.

Catherine was previously responsible for reward and carried interest at Actis, a private equity firm focused on growth markets.  She joined Actis (then CDC) as an investment professional, involved in investments across numerous countries (including South Africa, Thailand and Belize) before moving into human resources. 

Catherine started her career as a management consultant specialising in financial management and business planning. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a first class degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
