Experience
Brittani joined Hg in 2022 to help build out the Portfolio HR & Talent Practice. She has experience in the trenches as an HR operator, having held various senior positions across multiple sectors and working with multiple sponsors. Prior to Hg, Brittani was CHRO at Litera leading the company through rapid organic & inorganic growth (~20 acquisitions) and two investment cycles.
