Tom Herron

Tom is the Head of Talent Acquisition and D&I. Tom leads the TA function in identifying, attracting, assessing and onboarding the next generation of Hg talent. In addition to this role, Tom leads the development and execution of the Diversity and Inclusion vision and strategy.

Before joining Hg, Tom had spent the last 12 years in leadership roles across Recruitment and D&I at both Baringa Partners and EY. Starting his career as an Apprentice Boatbuilder; he’s taken a less than conventional route to his current role.

Outside of work, when he’s not spending time with his family, he’s likely feeling sorry for himself whilst watching his beloved Derby County.
