Sebastian Griffiths-Bowler

Sebastian is an Engagement Specialist for the Portfolio Team. He joined Hg in March 2021 having worked within Financial Services for the past 10 years.

As part of the Portfolio Engagement function, Sebastian helps facilitate value creation for the Hg portfolio by enabling collaboration across Hg-invested businesses, including co-responsibility for our online Portfolio Engagement platform, Hive.
