Richard Giles

Richard is part of the Portfolio Talent Team and is responsible for delivering C-Level talent into the Hg portfolio.

Prior to joining Hg, Richard spent five years with Cornell Partnership, a boutique search firm focused on the Private Equity and Venture Capital spaces. While at Cornell he partnered with a broad variety of funds to build out their investment and value creation teams, and was responsible for leading search processes from inception and research to completion.

Richard holds an MA in History from the University of Edinburgh.
