Phoebe Crossland

Phoebe is a member of the Portfolio Team where she works with Hg’s portfolio companies on value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining HG, Phoebe was Sales Operations Manager at Turtl, a content marketing SaaS business. During her time there, she introduced and scaled up the revenue operations function within the business, developing internal data and reporting capabilities for the senior leadership team.

Phoebe holds a BA in Geography from Durham University.
