Matt Gallagher

Matt Gallagher is a Portfolio CRO within the Portfolio Growth team at Hg, bringing with him 12 years of experience in sales and marketing excellence, with a focus on software and SaaS. 

Matt combines experience in private equity operations at Vista Equity and Riverside with several stints as Chief Revenue Officer at portfolio companies.  While at Vista, Matt helped update or create several sales and marketing best practices that are still in use today.

He believes in combining data-driven analysis with scalable skill-building in order to improve company performance.  Matt has an MBA from The Wharton School with a concentration in finance.
