Dana Jinaru

Dana is a member of Hg’s Genesis team, focusing on software for ERP and payroll applications and SME technology services. Her investments include IT Relation and Intelerad.

Prior to joining Hg in 2019, Dana was a part of BCG’s Principal Investors and Private Equity group, having completed 10+ due diligence and corporate development projects across a variety of sectors including insurance software, adtech and automated research. Dana also previously worked in the private equity team of PGGM, a Dutch pension fund investing $2 billion+ in private equity per year. During her tenure at PGGM, Dana analysed investment opportunities across Europe, Asia and South America that resulted in 14 investments totalling ~$1 billion.

Dana holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, a Masters in International Finance from the University of Amsterdam and also studied Finance at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.
