Focus
Avani is a member of the Projects Team within the broader Hg Portfolio Team. Avani works closely with management teams and boards to lead value creation programmes (e.g. 100 day plans, SaaS transformations, post-merger integrations) and standalone strategic and operational projects.
Experience
Prior to joining Hg in 2023, Avani spent four years at McKinsey & Company in the US and UK, where she worked with companies on growth, strategy, and digital topics. Avani was also previously with Deloitte, where she worked primarily with companies in Asia.
