As an Operating Partner at Hg, Jolanta’s role is to define the digital marketing framework for the portfolio companies’ adoption to drive scalable growth, predictability and standardisation.
She also guides on improving the digital maturity by providing assessment tools, best practice, knowledge transfer, playbooks and templates, in addition to assisting with the operational due diligence for potential new investments.
Jolanta is a goal-oriented strategist and a marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in building and managing performance-driven marketing teams focused on revenue contribution. Her recent roles included CMO at AVEVA, Bizagi and Access Group.
Jolanta started her career as a software engineer at HP, having graduated with distinction with an MSc degree in Digital Systems and Robotics.
