Amanda Good and Sebastien Briens promoted to Partners at the Firm

Florian Wolff and Enrico Grasso join from Advent International and KKR

They will work with the current executive team, led by Nic Humphries, Senior Partner with overall responsibility for the Firm.

HgCapital is delighted to announce a series of key promotions and appointments to its executive team as it looks forward to the next stage of its growth.   

Amanda Good and Sebastien Briens have both been promoted to Partners at the Firm. Amanda is a pivotal member of the Portfolio Team and joined HgCapital from Bain & Company in 2013 and has been instrumental in the success of the Firm’s Portfolio Projects team since then. Sebastien is a key member of our TMT team and focuses on leading investments for the Mercury Fund. He joined HgCapital in 2011 from Quadrangle and has led HgCapital Mercury Fund investments into Intelliflo, Sequel Business Solutions and Trace One.

HgCapital is also pleased to announce the recruitment of two senior investment professionals. Firstly, Florian Wolff has joined HgCapital’s Munich office as a Director, after previously working at Advent International and McKinsey. In addition, Enrico Grasso recently joined the Firm’s TMT team, having previously been a Director at KKR, for over eight years in their London office.

Following these promotions and new additions to the executive team, HgCapital has 15 Partners and a total team of 125 people, based in London and Munich.
