Vijay Bharadia

Vijay is Partner and CFO and leads operations across Finance, Compliance, Technology, Marketing and Central Ops.

Vijay joined Hg in 2024, bringing a deep understanding of our industry and has extensive experience in strategic transformation, scaling operations and risk management. Prior to joining Hg, Vijay served as CFO and COO at ICG plc, and previously a decade as International CFO at Blackstone. His early career was at Citigroup and Bank of America Merrill Lynch after training as a Chartered Accountant at PwC. He also sits on the Board of The Crown Estate and chairs the Audit Committee.
