Prior to joining Hg in 2025, Silvia spent three years at J.P. Morgan in the Investment Banking division, advising clients on M&A and financing transactions across Italy and EMEA. She holds a Master's degree from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the University of Padova. She is from Italy and speaks Italian and English.
