Sam joined Hg in 2024 as Corporate Tax Manager.
He specialises in corporate tax and has extensive experience supporting large complex multi-national organisations with their UK and international tax needs including compliance and advisory. In his role at Hg, Sam manages tax compliance, reporting and advisory matters for the Hg Management entities both in the UK and internationally.
Experience
Prior to joining Hg Sam spent 7 years at Deloitte in the International Tax team. Sam is a qualified ICAEW chartered accountant and CIOT chartered tax advisor.
