Ruta Kutkaite

Ruta joined Hg in 2019 as an Executive Assistant in the Genesis fund, later spending two years in Hg's Legal & Tax team. Today, Ruta manages Executive Assistants across Capital Solutions, Genesis, Mercury and Saturn in London, playing a key role in optimising Hg's support operations. She is passionate about operational excellence, team development and driving efficiency in executive support.

Before joining Hg, Ruta supported senior executives at Barclays Bank and IK Partners, bringing extensive experience from both financial services and private equity. Ruta holds two bachelor's degrees in Communication Science and Public Administration & Management and speaks Lithuanian, English, Norwegian and Russian.
