Robyn joined Hg in May 2025 as an Executive Support Team Manager, responsible for managing Executive Assistants in our Value Creation and Operations Services Teams in London. Her passion lies in creating operational excellence and efficiencies in service delivery through tooling and process enhancement, including flexible support staff operations.

Before joining Hg, Robyn completed 7 years at Boston Consulting Group (5 of those within BCG Digital Ventures), having supported the teams both as an Executive Assistant and, through the latter part of her tenure, a Business Support Team Manager, responsible for EAs in Financial Services, TMT and Operations.
