Rachel is a member of the Capital Solutions and Structured Solutions team focusing on the structuring and execution of fund financing transactions.
Experience
Rachel has broad experience advising across the full spectrum of fund and GP financing solutions. Prior to joining Hg, Rachel was managing legal counsel for the fund finance teams NatWest Markets plc. Before this, she spent several years in the fund finance team at Travers Smith.
