Peter Lewis

Peter is a Senior Legal Counsel in the firm’s Legal Team.

Peter provides legal and strategic advice on M&A, corporate restructurings and equity arrangements. Peter works on transactions for the Hg funds as well as material portfolio company M&A and other portfolio matters.

Peter holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School. He is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
