Parker Rose is Portfolio Engagement Manager in the Marketing & External Affairs Team at Hg, leading initiatives that drive value creation and collaboration across Hg's portfolio companies. She oversees the portfolio engagement function, which delivers an extensive events programme, community networks and specialist resources to support growth and innovation throughout the Hg ecosystem. In 2024, she led the redevelopment of Hg's portfolio engagement platform, Hive.
Experience
Prior to Hg, she built experience across the alternative investment sector at firms including Investcorp, Apollo Global Management, Bain Capital and TPG Capital. Parker Rose began her career in fine art, architecture and luxury fashion, where she developed expertise in PR, communications and business management working with leading brands and establishments. She holds a BA Hons from The University of Nottingham and an MA Hons with Distinction from University College London (UCL).
