Murray leads strategic programmes across Hg's Value Creation Team – shaping the team's strategic direction and AI capabilities, driving cross-portfolio initiatives, and embedding directly with portfolio company leadership teams to architect and deliver value creation plans (VCPs).

Experience

Before joining Hg, Murray spent five years at JMAN Group where he led commercial strategy, analytics, and operational change projects for corporate and PE-backed companies.

Murray holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Exeter.
