Melissa Moraes-Edwards

Melissa joined Hg in 2022 and is the Head of Learning and Talent Development, focusing on creating opportunities that unlock potential and enhance performance. 

Prior to Hg, Melissa held leadership development, learning and talent roles at HSBC, Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs in London and New York. 

Melissa holds a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching, a BA in the History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art, and is an ICF accredited Executive Coach.
