Martin Bang

Martin is a member of the Genesis team, investing in the mid-cap software and services space.

Before joining Hg in 2021, Martin was in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division with focus on Consumer Retail & Healthcare, where he advised clients on M&A, restructuring, and financing transactions.

Martin holds two B.Sc. degrees obtained simultaneously, one in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and one in Economics from University of Copenhagen. He also holds two M.Sc. degrees in International Finance and in Economics from HEC Paris and University of Copenhagen, respectively.
