Lauren keeps Hg’s New York catering, pantry and meeting room experience in daily operation.

Experience

Lauren’s love of hospitality started behind the counter of a specialty coffee roaster in high school, and she never looked back. Over the past 20 years she has worked across nearly every corner of the industry — from managing a café alongside James Beard Award-winning Chef Spike Gjerde, directing events at a cocktail bar and pub, to overseeing front-of-house operations at a New York bistro. She has built training programs, launched new locations, developed menus, and led teams — arriving at Hg in October 2024 to do what she does best — shaping the meeting experience, food and beverage programs, kitchen operations, and catering that make the New York office a place people are proud to bring clients and colleagues into.

My whole career has been about creating spaces where people feel taken care of, and at Hg that looks a little different — it’s about bringing warmth, intention, and a real hospitality feel into an office environment, and I love the challenge of that.”
