Lauren Dadswell

Lauren supports the Portfolio Talent Team at Hg, who are focused on ensuring outstanding talent continues to be hired and supported in our portfolio companies. 

Prior to joining Hg in 2022, Lauren worked within the Talent Acquisition team at Beacon Platform, a financial services software platform, following three years at Harman International Industries as the EA to the Vice President of EMEA.   Lauren graduated from the Arts University College Bournemouth in 2012 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in Make-up Artistry for Media and Performance.
