Kristina Li

Kristina is a member of Hg's Genesis team and focuses on software and services investments in North America.

Prior to joining Hg, Kristina worked at Greenhill & Co. and Houlihan Lokey, advising corporate and private equity clients on mergers & acquisitions and capital market transactions.

Kristina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics-Mathematics from Emory University.
