Kathrine joined Hg in 2026 and is a member of the Genesis team, where she focuses on investments in mid-cap software and tech services businesses.
Experience
Prior to joining Hg, Kathrine worked at Verdane, where she focused on technology investments. She began her career in the Leveraged Finance team at Goldman Sachs, where she worked on transactions for companies across the TMT and industrial sectors.
Kathrine holds a BSc and an MSc in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School. She is fluent in Norwegian and English.
